There are various forms known to generate energy in the amount demanded for the current levels of development, without provoking socioambientais damages. Not obstante, the electric energy, a generated time, is clean, invisible, without residues and contaminantes. The production of the electric energy is made predominantly by the transformation of the energy mechanics, having used hydraulical processes. They are these generating systems that must be studied in its effect on the people and the nature under prism of the principles of the supported development.
