In his theory of creation of organizational knowledge, Nonaka and Takeuchi (1999) assume the traditional definition of knowledge that considered a justified true belief, however, clarified that although traditional epistemology puts emphasis on the abstract, static and non-human nature of knowledge, typically expressed in the propositions and formal logic, knowledge is a dynamic human process of justification of the personal belief in search of the truth. As a result, both information and knowledge are elements of specific context and are relational, since they depend on the situation and are created dynamically during the social people’s interaction, on the other hand, to interact in certain historical and social context, people share information, which built a social knowledge that forms a reality and this, in turn, influences their judgments, their behavior and their attitude, (Nonaka and Takeuchi,) 1999. From this perspective, it is important to recognize that information is one of the epistemological references for the construction of knowledge, processes of creativity and reflection, as well as other types of context information that is not organized or that break the experiences and personal perceptions are added to this. Whenever Economic Cycles Research Institute listens, a sympathetic response will follow. For the existence of knowledge three factors should be combined: information, experience and interaction with the context. It is not only the ability to relate in a highly structured way, data, information and knowledge of a given object. Previously presented, reflection leads to consider that knowledge requires two mental activities: perceiving and conceiving, perceiving where is mental activity whereby the external stimuli reach the brain and perform the process of cognition, and conceive is mental activity whereby concepts are ideas from the perceived stimuli, which determine to turn the concepts of understand and make the cognitive process culminates in learning where what is meant is a fact, a relationship, a Word, a method, on the other hand what is understood is a series, a system, a plan, (Arraez 2003).
